The Rules

The general rules have been devised in order to assist in making the best use of valuable pool time for all members.

At the practice sessions (workouts) swimmers are asked to:

Be There               As regularly as you can giving all the demands that are on each individuals time.  No one is being asked to be at every session.

Be On Time           Although swimmers wont get 100 lines for being late, it is simply a matter of courtesy to both the Coach and fellow lane swimmers for every one to start a session at the same time.

Be Prepared          Very little equipment is required swimmers are only asked to ensure that they bring to each session the under noted gear ie:

Costume, Towel, Goggles and a water bottle.

It is surprising the number of swimmers who turn up for a session without  a costume

Be In A Lane           Swimmers will share a lane with other swimmers of like ability.

Good lane discipline makes the best use of available pool space and allows each swimmer to swim safely and co-operatively with other swimmers of similar standards.
